Level I Screening :
We verify the employment of the candidates with their last 3 employers. This includes the verification of the tenure of the candidates and their last designations from the Human Resource or Finance Department of the organizations. We take the feedback from the organization’s Administration Department. The supervisor’s feedback is also taken for the candidate.
Level-II Screening:
We verify the employment of the candidates with all their employers. This includes the verification of the tenure of the candidates and their last designations from the Human Resource or Finance Department of the organizations. In some cases, we go ahead and take the feedback from the organization’s Administration Department. The supervisor’s feedback is also taken for the candidate.
Level III Screening:
This one is for the fresher’s and entry level employees. In this service, bestvaluerecruiters will verify the education of the candidate and will conduct a reference check for the candidates by their HOD’s, Professors or other members of the institute, where they used to study.
Level IV Screening:
This one deals with the address, date of birth, credit history checks for the candidates.
